Solan Renolen

My name is Solan Renolen, and my life consists mainly of photography and fly fishing.

I bought my first camera in 1961. From that day on I have kept on shooting pictures. My work has been published in newspapers and magazines, and exhibited in art galleries in Norway and Denmark.

To day my pictures can be found on walls in several countries.

The reason for using Flickr is that it gives me great freedom to organize my photos. In addition, it gives me a backup for a reasonable price.

About me and my cameras

I remember the first camera I bought. It was a Kodak Brownie Super Flash, and the year was 1961. I have it still, but it is a long time since I've used it.

Today all my work is digital. I prefer DSLR in full format, but I also use APS C format and compact cameras.

In addition to my love for photography, I have a passion for fly fishing.
